This baby is 18" long, weighs approx. 7lbs 2oz.  She has a closed mouth. This sweet baby wears preemie size clothes & newborn size diaper. 

The baby does have some seams on this sides and top of the head from the silicone pour- they are not that noticeable and normal for these dolls. 

A GREAT beginner silicone doll!
